Mr Simon Choong

Mr Choong is a Consultant Urologist and Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College Hospital, London and Honorary Consultant to St Luke's Hospital for the Clergy. He was awarded a Hunterian Professorship and is currently the Director of Endourology and Stone Unit at the Institute of Urology, University College London Hospitals. His clinical interest is in general urology and he specialises in minimally invasive treatment of urological conditions. He has special interests in kidney stone diseases, prostate and bladder conditions and minimally invasive treatment of kidney diseases.



Mr Jonathon Olsburgh

Jonathon Olsburgh is a consultant urological surgeon who specialises in diagnosing and treating urinary symptoms, urinary tract infections, prostate diseases and erectile dysfunction.  He has a particular interest in patients who also have diabetes or kidney disease. Mr Olsburgh offers one-stop diagnosis for many urological diseases and also offers day case surgery for benign prostate disease including green light laser prostate surgery. Mr Olsburgh also specialises in kidney transplant surgery and urology in kidney failure patients. He performs laparoscopic “keyhole” assisted donor nephrectomy so that a relative or friend can donate a kidney for transplantation. In 1993 he graduated from the University of Leeds medical school and in 2005 was awarded a PhD also from the University of Leeds. Postgraduate training was in Leeds and London with award of the Fellowship of the Royal College Surgeons (FRCS) in 1997 and the FRCS(Urol) Intercollegiate Fellowship in Urology in 2005. As well as London Medical, Mr Olsburgh is a consultant at Guy’s and St Thomas’ where he specialises in kidney transplant surgery and urology in kidney failure patients.
