Dr Richard Ough

As a young doctor, Dr Richard Ough was physician to the Stratford Festival in Ontario and provided the inspiration for a portrayal of (Dr) Cornelius in Cymbeline. He has practised medical law and was, for a time, attached in a medical capacity to the King's Troop and a Military Intelligence Unit, where he gained experience in Occupational Health and  Sports Medicine. In June 2009 Dr Ough was appointed an examiner for the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) examination (iMAP).  In addition to his private practice in London Medical, he also works part time as an NHS clinician and as Consulting Medical Director in Tower Hamlets.

Sarah Culpitt

Dr Culpitt is a Physician in General Medicine. Her medical education was completed at major London teaching hospitals and includes specialist training in Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Gastroenterology, Genito-Urinary medicine (sexual health), Diabetes and General Medicine.
She has a special interest in preventative medicine and risk assessment. This means that she provides a comprehensive assessment of your current health status, and also assesses your risk of developing specific diseases in the future. Dr Culpitt offers advice on reducing your future risk of disease that is both easy to understand and fits in with your current lifestyle.
Dr Culpitt can also advise on travel to remote areas and at high altitude, fitness to undertake activity holidays, vaccinations and medical kits required for safe travel.

                    



Dr Simon Quantrill

MB ChB, FRCP, MMEd

Consultant respiratory and general physician

Dr Quantrill qualified from Manchester University in 1989 and has been on the specialist register for respiratory and general medicine since 1999. He works as a consultant at Whipps Cross University Hospital NHS Trust where he runs a busy out-patient and in-patient service. He has a strong interest in medical education and is Programme Director for the North East Thames Respiratory Training Programme, having previously been Director of Medical Education at Whipps Cross. He holds a Master’s degree in medical education, has set up a training day in respiratory medicine for primary healthcare professionals, and is a member of the British Thoracic Society. Clinically he deals with all aspects of respiratory medicine and has developed services in bronchiectasis, asthma and COPD. He has published research on various topics including oxygen treatment for respiratory disease. Dr Quantrill also undertakes medicolegal work acting as an expert witness in cases involving respiratory conditions.

 



Dr Mirko Sulic

MD, MRCGP, DipENT
 

Dr Sulic completed his clinical training at the Southampton Medical School; once passing his UED exam he went on to work at hospitals in both Portsmouth and Dorchester. He moved to London in 2001 in order to work at the major teaching hospitals. Dr Sulic trained in orthopaedics and spinal injuries, gynaecology, general medicine and surgery, sexual health and palliative medicine. He passed the membership exam of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2004 and holds a special interest in ENT medicine, occupational health, minor surgery and joint injections. Dr Sulic is currently a teacher for medical students at King’s college London and holds the position as the Clinical Supervisor for the Foundation Year 2 postgraduate doctors. He is a member of the national steering group for the development of the pathways for managing 'Dizziness in Adults'.



Dr Adel Hai

Dr Adel Hai trained at University College London Medical School, where he qualified in 1989. Following this, he spent several years in hospitals, and his training embraced all aspects of General Medicine, General Paediatrics  as well as Neonatal Care, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dermatology. He subsequently entered General Practice and in 1996 and obtained the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He then was appointed a Junior Fellow in the Department of Primary care, at University College Royal Free Medical Schools for a year and then became a Partner in a General Practice in North London. Dr Hai also trains doctors who want to become GP's, having being appointed as a GP Trainer in 2000. Dr Hai practices a holistic approach to care and enjoys dealing  with all aspects of Health and Disease.  When Specialist  referral is required he will facilitate this as he is aware of some of the top Specialists  in London.
