Mr. Victor Chong is Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon, Honorary Senior Lecturer and Head of Laser and Retinal Research Unit in King’s College Hospital, London.  He is also the Head of the Regional Photodynamic therapy unit for South East London and West Kent. Mr. Chong is a member of the prestigious Macular Society.  He had written several ophthalmic textbooks, including “Medical Retina”, “Clinical Ocular Physiology”, Retinal Chapters in “Atlas of Clinical Ophthalmology”, Laser Chapter in “General Ophthalmology” and over 50 other publications.
